Measure Up.

So to ensure the best experience for the customer we always send one of our best people round to do an initial measure up of the project and to get the customers feel for what details they want. This gives us the opportunity to work out material volumes, labour time and importantly from all of this the ability to put together a quote for the customer. At all stages we feel communication is key in both directions.

Materials.

Our aim is to always source the materials that suit the need of the project best whilst fitting in with the requirements of the customers budget. We will always highlight ways that alternatives can be used to increase lifespan, or savings can be made and the effect this will have on the cost as we feel that through experience we are well placed to give a cost/benefit approach that may not have been considered. This approach can be true to a range of materials, the wood used in the frames of the windows and doors, the gas used in the glass for insulation purposes even the type of paint/stain used for the finishes.

Install.

Finally once all the pieces come together we will arrange a mutually suitable time for our installers to come fit your new windows and or doors. Every stage of this is key, we will ensure that the fitting, finishing and any snagging (if any) is dealt with in the best possible manner. Aftercare is just as important to us as the initial contact and the handling of the work itself, we are only ever at the end of the phone if you have any questions.
