Simple, Tailored Report
Your EPC will come with a report stating any recommendations for improving the efficiency of the property. What we will always aim to do is explain the benefits of these in real terms and their impacts on your day to day life. Of course if you ever have any questions you are always welcome to email or call to discuss and where we feel that others may be able to offer more in depth answers we will always direct you to the most appropriate places to help.
Cost.
We charge a flat rate of £69 inc Vat for your standard up to 4 bedroom home. For more sizeable properties, i.e 5 + bedrooms or properties undergoing works then there would be an additional cost to be agreed prior to completion of the survey.
